We worship our Creator God to give Him the honor He alone deserves! He gives His
redeeming love to us through the living Jesus and His renewing presence through
the Holy Spirit. Worshippers express their praise and thanks to God as part of
the historic Christian Church using its psalms, hymns, spiritual songs and
contemporary music. Worship teams of adults and youth participate in planning
and leading worship, serving with their vocal and instrumental talent.
Worship includes time for prayer and reflection; hearing the Word and giving; and
regularly celebrating God's gifts of baptism and the Lord's Supper. At times we use
drama, testimony and choral music. Special worship times are planned throughout the
year to celebrate what God has done in saving His people as we anticipate the return
of Jesus.
Younger children worship with families for the first part of the service. Then they
participate in a children's worship time designed with age-appropriate expressions
of worship that include listening to God's stories, responding with praise and
learning to serve.
